Small hunting club on 10,000

I have recently leased 10,000 acres in terrell county tx. 20 mi north of sanderson tx. I am looking for 5 responsible hunters who would be interested in sharing some good hunting me. The ranch has a furnished lodge with 2 bedrooms and a loft. Ranch also has an airstrip. Membership will be $3000.00 per year. Membership will allow you the harvest of:

1 mature whitetail buck
1 mature mule deer
1 rio grande gobbler
1 mt. lion
bobcat and yotes
javalina
