These portable wooden cabins are the perfect addition to any property. Whether used for a hunting lease, ranch housing, oil field housing, or some extra space when visitors come to town, the uses for these little cabins are endless. They are mounted on a trailer frame so you can transport them to the perfect spot and move them again if you change your mind. Both are designed to be hooked up to electricity and plumbing so they can be fully functional dwellings.

Both cabins are used but in good condition. Cabin 1 has built in twin bunk beds, dorm fridge, microwave, small kitchenette, bathroom (toilet and shower), hot water heater, and window A/C unit. Cabin 2 has a futon (which folds out into full bed), microwave, small kitchenette, bathroom (toilet and shower), hot water heater, and window A/C unit.

Each cabin measures approximately 12'x12' and has a front porch approximately 3'8"x12'. Height of cabin is approximately 9'6" to peak of roof, about 7'6" height at base of roofline.

Price of each cabin: Cabin 1- $8400, Cabin 2- $8200 or we will consider a bundle price if you are interested in purchasing both. Purchaser is responsible for delivery of cabin(s) to new location.
