Custom handmade knife - damascus
This is what I call the "Western Hunter" Damascus blade.
The handle is made from Amboyna Burl (from S.E. Asia) and has a lot of swirls in it. Thong hole and a large mosaic pin surrounded by 4 small mosaics throughout the handle. The hand file work on the back includes a cross and vine we reference from "I am the vine, you are the branches." Treated to an HRC rating of 59 for hardness and edge holding, this will be a hardy field carry that hopefully looks good too.
