Comes with a canvas seat that I never used and a oar that can be used kayak style (double ended) or with T handle like a canoe type. Has two plastic inflatable devices for bow and stern to keep boat afloat in case you capsize it. As for capsizing, this boat is almost impossible to capsize. You would really have to try to turn it over (I have and couldn't while seated).
