Default Waterproof!

I want to know what is the ultimate waterproof camo clothes that exist and are 100% waterproof. What I mean is if someone pours buckets on me than I wont be wet. My friend bought a waterproof "100%" hunting suit and he still got soaked. We were in Idaho and It was pouring buckets.
