We've recently introduced our new product - the Drag Buddy - which is a deer drag that works - plain and simple.

Can a shoulder strap of some kind be attached so I can drag the animal hands free, unlike the last photo posted?

Yes, it can also be used by 1, 2 or 3 people, you can see a picture of a harness system being used with it at this address -harness system with deer drag - it's not a great picture of it in use, I believe the video section shows it better.
