This scope is approx 2 - 3 years old and is in great shape except minor scratches on the barrell where it attached to the gun and a few on the caps. The scope can be sent into Weaver and be cleaned or replaced as it has a life time warranty... There are no visible scratches on any of the glass and is in overall great condition (except a haze that needs to be cleaned), I also have the original box and paperwork... I am selling it becasue I do not like the fixed objectives and do not have a rifle to put it on. PM me with any questions. Also, forgive the crappy pictures as I was in a hurry when I took them and the scope is not as dirty as it appears in the photos...
