I have the Leica Rangemaster 900 and is excellent for hunting but I would imagine having the Geovid would be perfect having a binoculars and range finder all in one. How do you like them and have you compared it to the Swarovski laser guide 8x30?

hello trailer, So far so good, having just got them I haven't been able to take them on a hunt but day to day I'm looking at deer, and ducks on our pond. I never got a chance to look at the swarovski's but I know I wanted a 10x42. These seem like these are made for a lifetime of use.

Handwerk, no doubt they should last a life time with lots of enjoyment. One thing that impresses me is on the optics and on how clear and bright they are. With the binocular it would be that much better. Enjoy your new Geovid and good luck at hunting season

I have a pair and love them. I opted for the 8X, I asked round and alot of the experts felt they were a little easier to stablize on smaller targets. They are everything I wanted and more.

I have a pair of these, got them for Christmas. I gave up my Leica 1200 rangefinder, which was great for range finding. I was carrying Swarovski 8X56's and the rangefinder - now I've got one less thing to carry. I use a Leica spotting scope too - their optics are excellent.
