Default Trail Cameras

Does it hurt them to be out in the rain. I have one of the wal-mart stelth cams and it was out all day in the rain. Will this hurt it?

They should ALL be waterproof. Don't worry about it.

I agree. They have to be waterproof or the company would either not sell them or be overrun with returns.

My Stealth Cam survived a 2 inch rain last week. I got it out of the woods last night, and it had ZERO moisture in it. So far I'm pretty impressed with that camera (like my Leaf River digital better, though).

The most important thing is to make sure the the unit closes tight and latches. If it latches you should be just fine.
