Default Glasses keep fogging up

I recently went back to glasses after using contacts after 25 years. I am awaiting laser surgery. I can't find a product that will keep my len's from fogging up after a heavy hike. It almost cost me game this year by sticking my finger between the lens and eye wiping them off every few seconds. I have tried the alcohol based stuff and they don't work.
Anyone know a good product.
Thanks

Bob I had that same problem at work. I don't remember the name but there was a product in a small package made for fogging glasses.I know that isn't giving you much help.I would suggest going to a optical store (glasses) and ask.The stuff worked.I wish I could give you a better answer.I'm fortunate I only need my glasses for reading.Good luck on your Laser surgery.I've heard this surgery works well.

Ruger
Thanks. I have looked all over my neck of the woods K-mart,Walmart and some optical places. I still can't seem to get any good stuff.
Many years ago a guy who was set up at one of those little tables at the super market had some stuff that was pink and came in a big pill bottle.
It was a waxy substance and worked real well. Most everything now is liquid and alcohol based and doesn't work.
The search continues.
Thanks

Go to a welding supply store , I go to Welders needs .I can't think of the name of the stuff , but welders use it to keep their welding helmets from foging up.

Rub your lenses with Cat Crap ,
it's a real product , you can get it from ski supply companies or ski shops . It may also be the waxy stuff you referred to .

I believe there is a product available at scuba shops. Some divers also just use spit on the inside of their mask to prevent fogging.
