Default Ameristep Brickhouse Blind comments

Good news and bad news. The good news is that their customer service is excellent. While setting the blind up one morning one of the fiberglass poles broke. I called them at 1:30 pm and they "overnight" shipped replacement poles to me so that I could take my son out on the youth hunt.

The bad news. Two of the hubs pulled through the material of the blind and now will not stay in place when taking the blind down. They also can't be grasped to pull on when setting up. I tried replacing the washers with larger ones but then the legs can't fold up properly due to the larger diameter of the washer.

I guess I'll have to save my pennies for a Double Bull. I hope they are made better since they cost so much more than the Ameristep line.
