Gaiters?
I saw these
Gaiters
and I was wondering if they work well in the snow?
Also, anyone have any recommendations on these
yaktrax
?
Thanks!

RE: Gaiters?
Be aware that most gaitors have nylon shells which are very noisy. To find quiet ones you may have to resort to hunting suppliers like cabellas.

there are some pretty good surplus ones out there made of wool. They aren't to pretty, but they do work pretty well even with out silicone treatment.
