Just curious, i ordered a catalog a month or so ago and received it not too long after. Two weeks ago i ordered an Ameristep folding swivel stool for use in my ground blind. I still havent received it or heard anything from them, i wonder what is taking so long. They are located in NY and im not too far away in WV it shouldnt take that long to get here. I have ordered car parts in the past from as far away as California and Georgia and had them in 4 to 5 days. I hope i get it before bow season.

no matter where you are located you usually get your item within 7 days. i would contact them and see if they havent lost your order. it is also possible that ups lost your package but more likely eders lost your order.

I tried to order some API skyhooks that had been discontinued. The website said they had them and 3 days after I ordered I had a message on my answering machine indicating they could not fill the order. I haven't place an order since then but the guy who called was very apologetic and when I checked the the website the following day the page had been removed. They did what they could I have no complaints about their service.

I have ordered from Eders before, always good products. One time I screwed up and ordered a left handed site instead of right handed, customer service was great the guy was real nice and they helped me get the site it switched out in no time.

I tried but they don't deliver to Canada[&o]Sorry but stick with Cabelas...never had a problem with them, all my orders take a week at the most!

Just got off the phone with them, the product was on backorder. He said that they were supposed to get more tomorrow and that he would ship on out first thing and i would have it tuesday.

I've ordered from them severaol times, and they've always treated me well. The one time I received the wrong item, they bent over backwards to make it right.
