Default Field of View

I wear glasses. When I use binoculars I fold down the rubber cups but still have a small field of view so I take the glasses off and adjust the focus. However, I've noticed that when I use Range Finders I can use the monocular without removing my glasses and get a great field of view. Both my rangefinder 4X and my binocular 7X are Bushnell. I'd like to buy a pair of binoculars that will give me the same field of view with or without my glasses. Any experience ??? Help!

If you have a chance take a look at the Bushnell Legends binoculars. They have the twist-up eyecups for glass wear. I was looking with my 8x42 and there doesn"™t seam to be much different between them adjusted for glasses or not. They also can be adjusted partial way as required. I personally don"™t wear glasses but I hate using my wife's old Pentax binoculars when she has the rubber cups set for glasses..

You should try a pair of high eyepoint binoculars. The Zeiss Conquest have an 8mm eye relief and are priced at about $449 for the 8x30mm.
