Digital Scouting Camera

Which one would be better for scouting the Black&White camera with Infrared flash or color???
I was thinking you could change the camera from black&white to color but the flash would still be the white flash. Do they make one with both?

I had the highlander B/W because I was worried about the flash spooking the deer off.......Dosent Happen,dosent even phase them,so I got the color and couldent be happier
