Try Shoe Goo. It's sold at Wal-mart. Make sure you put it where you want it. It's vitually indestructable once it dries. It should be in the shoe section.

i tried the shoo goo and even the marine grade version of it and it always peels off and doesnt stick all that good. i would try a heavy duty construction silicon in a tube or go online and find a repair kit that is made specifically for rubber boots.also check repair kits for waders and such.
