Default question about scent blocker clothes

can u put scent blocker clothes in a tote with leaves or will the carbon not work becasue the leaves are in there

The manufacturers of most of them don't reccomend exposing their product to excess smells because it reduces the effectiveness by clogging the carbon's pores . I use a spray externally to cover up any trace smells , but keep the suit in a scent free bag to store between hunts .
