Tri Pod stands/elevated stands, need pics or links

I want to put up an elevated blind. I have three ground blinds set up for opening day next week. I know, should have done this three months ago. But there' s lots of farm activity right now, so I don' t think it hurt.

There isn' t a tree big enough to support a ladder stand yet, but I' d like to get up in the air so I can cover more ground.

Let me see some pics so I know whats out there, and what' s good and bad.
