Urban Carry Holsters?

Anyone ever use an Urban Carry Holster? Seems like a good idea, but not sure how quick the draw would be? Any insight appreciated.

From the ad, it looks like pretty slow access to me. When I reach for my gun I want to feel the grip.

Doesn't look very handy to me for quick access like you want for a CC holster!
