Default Itasca Boots?

Just wondering if anyone had good/bad experiences with these types of boots...

Haven' t heard of them much in the booting world, I know that they make waders though, a friend has a pair of the waders and likes em.

Just wondering about your boot experiences...thanks.

Default RE: Itasca Boots?

Itasca has been around for some time , and they make good inexpensive boots . My cold temp boots are Guide Gear Carnivore 1,000s made for Sportsman' s Guide by Itasca , and I' ve been very happy with them for the last 3 years . I hate cold feet , and these boots work well to prevent them .

Default RE: Itasca Boots?

I have a pair of the knee high rubber boots with 1000 gram of ultra lite thinsulate and they have worked great for me for the last 2-3 years. I wear them even when the temp. gets down to around 0-10 degrees and they seem to keep my feet warm with a pair of heavy socks on.
Overall I would say they work great for the money. Why pay $30-$40 extra for a name? Sometimes that is all you are paying for, the quality is the same.
