Default James Valley Scents Try It You Will Like It.

I use James Valley scents they work very well. Wall Hanger works well in the pre season and Full Rut and Rut lure work well after the pre rut stops.

I have had mixed results with the scents of theirs that I have tried. On one occasion I have actually had the scent " containers" totally disappear overnight. On another occasion I have had deer spook when they got downwind of the scent. Obviously, time of year, human scent containment, etc.... all play a part but I was hoping for more consistant results as I do like the application material.

What makes the James Scents better than others? I know Tink' s will scare deer away because too many hunters use it and the deer have learned to associate it with humans.

James valley works great for me I have shot allot of dear over it with my bow just be careful with your scent wear latex gloves and use sterile stuff to put it out with. I use wiffle golf balls stuff them with cotton using a tooth pick and shoot them full of scent with a suringe.

I would really like to find a scent that works , so far the best I have found is the Miles Keller Gels, I might give these James Valley a try. I use rubber gloves and boots, I just want something that doesn' t scare away the deer and keeps them curious and calm.
