Default Hunting Stand

I put up a hunting stand on my property. The one questionable dimension that I ran into is the height of the walls to the viewing area. I finally settled on 40" . Has anyone else put up a raised stand and what height did you put the openings?

Thanks soarkrebel. I didn' t have any plans for the construction and that felt like about the right height. This design is a little strange in that the area above the shooting rails is wide open to the roof so that it can be used for other types of hunting.
