Default Tree Spider Live Wire

So what's the deal? I thought, based on some retailer's websites, that this was coming out on 6/1/11 and here it is the middle of July nearly. Is it coming out or not? I would love to buy one, unless there are some problems out there that we don't know about.

I have been wondering the same thing. Here is another product that I stumbled across a few days ago.

Vahuntr this looks like a great product. Does anyone have an idea how much the the live wire is going to cost? I will definitely have one of these this season.

I had been looking at the Rescue One CDS but holding off because I saw the Livewire and thought it would be less encumbering.

I bought a Rescue One after Christmas but wound up selling it about a month ago. The Rescue One is a quality harness and comes with excellent instructions, both on paper and in DVD format. My complaint was mainly with the comfort of the harness. It was a little heavy, the safety rope that is stored in the back of the harness put pressure on my back when sitting, and it was too hot for my taste.

I was afraid after wearing it on a couple hunts, I would get tired of it and stop wearing it.

I wound up replacing it with the Muddy Safeguard harness. I also have a Summit Tree Descender and plan to buy either the Liverwire Descent System or the Down Safe Descender. Here is a link to the Summit Tree Descender:

I had heard the same thing on the CDS. I was actually looking one at BPS during my lunch break. I have the Summit descender but if I was hanging up in a tree I'm not sure I would have the time to try to put it in action. Something that doesn't take any or little thinking to use would be better, IMO.
