Any multi-section duffel bag will work. I have an old tennis bag that I use. I put ammo, muffs and glasses in one side and targets, tape and a staple gun in the other.
Another alternative, one that I've used as a shotgun bag for years, is to buy a camcorder bag from Wal-Mart for 15-20 bucks. They usually have 2-3 dividers and several zipper pouches for glasses, earplugs, tools etc.
These are obviously economy options, the other option is to buy an actual shooting bag, which Bass Pro and Cabela's both carry. If you go this route, you're looking at spending $40+ and that's probably for a smaller bag. If you want a hard-sided box, then maybe a tackle box or one of the ones that the previous poster mentioned. I just prefer soft-sided, because they're generally easier to store, transport and organize.
