I am interested in getting the Bog-pod system. I like the idea of one tripod I can use for the spotter and switch heads to shoot or brace my binos on extended glassing sessions.
I'll rest my binos on my tri-pod when needed, sure.
I don't switch heads though - I want a tri-pod for a solid shooting rest mostly, as I wear a harness for my binos as well.
