Default Carbon clothing disclaimer

Anyone else noticed the disclaimer?
Myself, I just noticed today.

Quote:
Helps reduce odors. Does not guarantee 100% scent elimination
Any word on the lawsuit?

Also I don't think Scentlok uses the "Hunt 360°" phrase anymore.
At least I haven't seen it used lately.

They just cant say eliminate because that means 100%, which is impossible. That was the entire basis for the lawsuit. One word cost them more money than I could dream of in a lifetime.

Default Never used it son

Didn't think carbon and clothes would go good together in a washing machine. Maybe using one paid me dividends.
