Default Leupold Illuminated Scopes

I am thinking of purchasing a Leupold with an Ill. dot. Can anyone give me their experience with these, good, bad, or indifferent. It is a healthy investment and really don' t want to make a bad investment.

Thanks,
J. Shoot

Default RE: Leupold Illuminated Scopes

It"™s to bad you"™re not getting any feed back. I"™m assuming the scope you are describing is the Illuminated Mil. Dot or the Illuminated Circle Dot. These are the only two I could find under reticle styles from Leupold. All I can say on my part is that I had thought of getting a Leupold with illuminated cross hairs but decided to stay away because it"™s just one more thing that can go wrong when hunting and how long would the batteries last ? Good Luck in your purchase.
