Default Summit Open Shot vs Lone Wolf Hand Climber Combo

Looking to buy a new climber and debating between the Summit Open Shot and the Lone Wolf Hand Climber Combo. Anybody have any opinions on these two stands and which one tops the other?

I used to soley use Summit stands... I switched Lone Wolf last year and love them. Both nice stands... LW just quieter and easier to use IMO.

I use a LW hand climber because it's lightweight & super quiet. I never tried a Summit yet.

Tuff choice.. If comfort is priority? Summit... Weight? LW.... Keep in mind you typically carry them much less time than time spent sitting in'em... Comfort sure helps with hangin in there on those slow days....

Sold my lone wolf hand climber for a Summit....much more comfortable during long sits. For me it came down to carrying more weight in to be comfortable for an 8-10 hour sit.

Summit is a little heavier, but by leaps and bounds more comfortable. LW is lighter and about $80.00 more expensive.I sold my LW and bought another Summit.

you can get summits for 274 to your door ,cheapest i could find on LW is 389 tyd.LW do hold their value.
they pack real nice but are only a few pds lighter than summit viper/180 max /goliath.
for 100 dollars less i like summit because i can use the money for bags, foot rest etc.
