Default Hunting boots

I need to buy a set of non-insulated and insulated boots. Does anyone have any experience with Guide Gear footwear? I see them on sportsmanguide for pretty low prices.

I am in Texas and have never really payed attention to thinsulate grams. I was thinking 600 grams of thinsulate will be good enough for days that are around the low 20's.

If anyone has an opinion I would appreciate it.

Are you wanting a lace up type hunting boot or a rubber type boot?

Default For warmer weather

I cut off the rubber boots from the well worn rubber waders. The boots were perfect practically and in good shape. Have used them to wash the vehicle and clean the house siding. Found them perfect from the fisherman/hunter.

Of course, it takes time and planning.
