Need advice on Hunting GPS
Hey! I am thinking about buying a hand held GPS for Spring turkey season partially funded with some left over christmas money. I have been thinking about this for a while for deer season so I could mark my tree stands, scrapes, rubs, and blood trail but think it could work pretty well for turkey too.
I am looking at buying the Lowrance Endura Safari but wasn't sure if anyone knew much about it. I know it's pretty new but I am really interested in it because it has a compass, has a bunch of hunting icons and can play photos and videos from some game cameras.
I haven't been real impressed with Lowrance hunting GPS's in the past but really like this new one. Saw one review online that said it was pretty good with a software update but that it sucked before that. Made me want to get more advice before spending my money.
Anyone own one of these that can give some advice?
