Man this is a hard question. I have aquired so many knives over the years that most don' t get used. I am like a kid in a candy store. I don' t know why I bought so many (Must be one of those faults me wife keeps telling me about). The two I really like the most are my Puma and Gerber. Both are 3 1/2" folding knives.

I carry two knives now. Main reason I use them for different things and the wife bought me both, so I couldn' t get out of the house without either

1) Kershaw Blade Trader Set (in my pack) with Gut hook, drop blade, Saw and Boning knife(Field Dressing, Boning, limbing, etc)
2) Gerber Gator (On my belt) - basically a back up, but gets use when cutting my apples, orange and pears up.

I use several different knives.I have a Buck #103 skinner. It holds a good edge. I have Case, Gerber and year before last bought a Cold Steel with the gut hook.I like my little Case Trapper about the best.

Back when I was about 13 years old my uncle gave me a Parker-Imai double lock blade knife for Christmas. Each blade folds out to the opposite end and the locks are in the center of the handle. I own Gerbers, Bucks, Case, and Schrades but the old Parker is the sharpest one by far. I' ve never seen another one like it but if I do I will definately buy it.
