Default Help please Rubber boots

In august I purchased a rather pricey pair of cabela brand cammo rubber boots. They are fine, except They have a STRON Rubber smell. I have kept them in the barn sprayed with three different types of scent killing spray (incedently primos silver XP worked for a little while longer than the other two, but still only a couple of days.) I scrubbed them down with soap and water and a scrub brush.......still smells strong........\

Any tips for how to get rid of the smell would be a big help

thanks
WV

Put them outside in the sun for a while. Just about all new rubber boots have that smell. it will fade. I've had a pair of Cabella's rubber boots for about 4 years. They have no smell.

If you bought them in August and kept them in a barn the smell should have gone away by now.
