Just so that we're clear, the stand height doesn't adjust.
As for the seat, if you look below:
The slide buckle is which allows the seat height adjustment. Can't gather specific inches per se', but you can get a good approximation by just looking at the picture. Looks like it will lower about 2 1/2" more and raise up about 4" more.
