Knoxx Recoil Solution-Any good?

I'm thinking about a new stock for my Ruger M77 Mark II. And I came accross this stock at Midway:

Seems it's a Hogue overmold with the Knoxx recoil system added on.
Claims to reduce over 50% of recoil.
Any yous guys familiar with this product? If it does what it says . . . would be a nice addition to my .300WM!

We use them at work on reallyshot guns. They do reduce the recoil some, I wouldn't say 50% maybe 25-30% Kinda hard to measure?
