Default Bad Boy Buggy vs. Other Brands

I am wondering if anyone has an electric buggy such as a Bad Boy or Ruff Tuff, etc. I have been considering buying one but dont know what is better and pros/cons. The Ruff Tuff advertises squeak free. Is the Bad Boy really squeaky? If you have one please comment on it and whether you would buy another one.

I'll stick with gas versions because when hunting,I never know when I'll be able to puug it in again. Sorry but I have 0 experience with electric vehicles except for golfcart type.

Same here, I'll stick with my Mule, gas powered and very quiet. I'm sure the Electrics. have their place, just not for me. Good Luck

I have two friends who have tried them.
both have gone back to gas utv's, one a Rhino, one a Ranger.

Their issue was range. Four to five miles was all they could ever get. Bad Boy was very good to work on them, replace batteries, even replaced one of the buggies, but they just couldn't get the range to anything near acceptable.

Winch brackets broke on both the first time used and had to be strenghtened.

I wouldn't buy anyone of those things. The one we had started on fire and burned to a crisp. They are not worth the money and don't go where they say they go.

i think if it works for your situation by all means theyre quieter, dont smell like gas....

ive checked out the badboy, and theyre expensive, so if quality were in the other models and cheaper, that would be a strong inffluence to me.

Watching deer its amazing to see how they react to 4wheeler and truck noises. Also the smell. Some people say that neither will bother deer, but after seeing deer flee from louder vehicles I dont want to take the chance.

if your terrian is flat and smooth then there great, hills kill them. And in mud then can't get up hills. I wouldn't spend a dime on one.
