Default Whats the best Headlamp out there?

Guys,
I am looking at buying a headlamp with Green and White LEDs in a few days. Can anyone recommend a good one that has a good head strap, long battery life and is really bright? I dont care how much it costs just as long as it works really good. If you could give me some brands that you have tried and recommend it would be appreciated.

Thanks in Advance,
Mack

Default RE: Whats the best Headlamp out there?

I just bought one from Streamlight out of Cabelas and love it. It has green, white LED, and regular white lights. The head band seems stable and comes with a rubber head band for hardhats. I believe the cost was $29.99 plus shipping.

I personally like Streamlight because I use them at work(police officer) and have never had a problem with them. Their bulbs last a long time even after being dropped several times and the batteries(rechargable) also last. I have a Stinger for work and only had to replace the battery once in six years, thats with using it everynight on the job.

Hope this helps you out.

I am glad someone else feels Sunday is a bad day for me to hunt and this is why I can't hunt on Sundays.

I have a Gerber Meridian and have been very happy with it. Even bought one as X-mas presents last year for several friends.
