Anyone bought this decoy and have opinions of it yet. Does the head and tail move as easily as advertised??

I was looking at the Bobbin Head decoy by Buckwing but only the head moves in the wind with this decoy.

I have Buckwing Deer Decoy and the head and tail moves. Buckwing's head movement is in my opinion movement is so much more natural. Watch a deer and then watch Buckwing's deer decoy and you'll see for yourself what I'm talking about.
