Default Red dot sights

I recently purchased a S&W 629 classic and was thinking about purchasing a red dot sight for it. Any suggestions out there regarding brands? Thanks

Don't cheap out on it.... I did and I paid for it in the end....
I put a BSA on my turkey gun and every 3 shots or so I was re adjusting it.

For a hard kicker like that one, I would get a pretty good one. Probably be $200 + to hold up.

i had a red dot ( looked likea giant beer can) on my 629 vclassic 6 1/2 years ago.i found a scope to be way more accurate but maybe the new red dots are better.

The Cabelas Multi reticle sight is pretty good. I have one on my S&W 29 for several years and it never shifted zero. I recently put one on my Mini 14.
