Default Which Camcorder do you use

I want to start filming my hunts, but I'm not sure which camcorder to buy. I don't have much experience with camcorders. Here are the features that I am looking for.

Not expensive. I'm willing to pay up to $500, but would prefer something in the $200-$300 range or cheaper.

Has to be silent (can't scare the deer)

Able to film in low light if necessary. Sony has the "Night Shot Plus Infrared System" on a lot of their cameras

I would like to be able to take still digital pictures with it, if possible.

Good battery life.

Easy to use. Have a good optical zoom. It also has to be able to transfer to my PC. Moisture resistance would be nice as well. Image stabilization would be a plus.

Does anyone with experience know a good fit. From what little research I have already done, a miniDV is probably what I am looking for.
