Even if they were the best item for your feet, ever, I'd think I'd have to pass. The price is way to expensive...no, unreasonable.If they take off and people start purchasing them, then every boot on the market would raise their price tag another 25 to 50 dollars.Watch, the next innovative boot will start at$159, then 169,do I hear a 179? Can I get a 189 in the near future?$139-$149 that's just not right...Personally, I think they test the market by sticking these items out there to see if they'll sell at that price. I think if we held out they'd put the price down to $70-80. Holy cow, I've been conditioned to think that that's a reasonable rate. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure you guys like them and I'd like to have them on my feet to test out, but I need the $149 to put gas in my truck to get to my hunting spot. What was that scent-loc jacket and pants that started at 350 dollars, I think you can buy it for 199 now...and it's still too expensive. I know I sound like an old fart but c'mon, 159 dollars, that's like paying $245 dollars for an out of state doe license or 150 bucks for a ten day bird license ( ten days?!!! Don't get me started!). Just do it (150 dollars for a pair of tennis shoes)...let's not 'do it' and tell them to 'reduce it'...change theprice tag and we'll get off the bandwagon.
