Has anybody used the leupold RX II rangefinder? How did you like it?

A friend of mine has one. He didn't like it when compared to my Leica 1200 rangefinder. In my opinion, I thought it was a pretty nice rangefinder, but it didn't get good readings off of anything other than a reflective target at long range.
