At home I use rubbing alcohol and Q-tips. In the field I blow the lens off the best I can and wipe it with the tail of a chamois shirt. I've heard the Leupold lens pen works good for the field also.

I use a lint free eye glass cloth. In the field I carry it in a ziploc bag.

i have heard that the Loopy pens work good as well.

Lens cleaning supplies can be purchased at photo shops. Clean your scopes the same you would clean a camera lens. Never dry and with a material made for the job.

there is no subsitute for quality

The Leupold pen is definetly worth the $10 bucks or so.

Buy some that's for camera lenses. You can't go wrong and you won't scratch it. You'll be surprised after cleaning your scope how clear it looks.

while at home i am allowed to take extra time to get them clean. the first thing i do is use canned air. i use that to blow off anything that might be on or arround the lens. if you try to clean with something still on the lens it can cause it to be scratched. after blowinf out all the junk i use a anti-fog cleaner. works great
