2 Thumbs Up for API Customer Service
I recently purchased an API Grand Slam Supreme the other day at a price that I could not turn down. The only drawback was the prevoius owner had lost the instructions. I currently use a Summit Bushmaster and have used many different climbers over the years so I went ahead and got it. I emailed API asking for a new set of instructions and they responded they next day stating that the instructions were in the mail. I was actually kind of suprised that they responded to my email that quickly as I had read some complaints about API's customer service.
