I need a new buck/deer call, what do you recommend?

I recommend the True Talker , it's the grunt tube on the market in my opinion.

true talker. Called in 2 bucks this fall. It has different tones on it for fawn, young bucks,etc.

Believe it or not, the blowing noise a deer uses to alarm other deer is a great call in some situations. I was very scepticle when I seen a man deminstating it on TV. I used it in the river bottoms by my house and got a deer to start to do it back. This is what you want to happen and when it does just hold tight and dont do it again and the deer will eventually make its way toward you I guess out of curiosity. I believe it was a home made call made out of a hollowed out dowl rod and then a slit cut out of the side where you blow on it at the slit, and you hold it about an inch or two from your mouth and blow hard imitating the sound a deer uses to alarm others. I would give it a try if you cant get any thing else to work.

I use the knight and hale camo grunter, I have 3 this is the best grunter I have found, I also have a tru-talker. Most grunt calls are are dependant on the hunter using it. I use tending grunts to call bucks in 20-30 short grunts just around the rut. I see a lot of bucks.
