Default Insulated camos

I need some new insulated camos for next season.I have a two part question.First part, how does everyone feel about coveralls verses bibs and a jacket.I have been useing Walls coveralls for the past 8 years to bowhunt and gunhunt in and have never used bibs and a jacket before.Second part, what would be some of your recommendations?Right now i'm looking at Cabelas late season coveralls and Cabelas tech down coveralls.Any info would be greatly appreciated.Dave

I can answer the first part for you or should I say give you my Opinion!
I prefer to use 2 piece outfits I feel I have more movement in them and they allow me to remove the coat when field dressing or if I just get too warm!

My opinion is the same as Littleteal. Much easier to dressdown a little if you get to warm.

Camo coloured Mustang Floater suits work great in the cold weather. They're one piece and also good for ice fishing and snowmobiling. If you wear a regular camo suit over them it cuts down on the noise when you move.

If you go with the bibs Cabela's "MT050 Whitetail Extreme" are the best bibs out there. Quite, comfortable, and warm.

there is no subsitute for quality

I have been using cabelas late season bibs for the last three seasons. I have used them in everything from cold and damp northwest florida to cold georgia as well as in northern minn. All I use with them is good quality long johns, a pair of polar tech top and bottoms and a good wool sweater. I have never been to cold to hunt. Actually stay very comfortable.
