Folding ladder stand

I love ladder stands since I'm not really comfortable with heights unless it's a very stable stand . I just bought a standard issue model and now they come out with this , where's the justice ?

i bet that thing is noisy as hell thought, too many moving parts; the last thing you want when trying to kill something that relies on its eyes and ears for survival
