I just bought a new gps, its a garmin etrex legend. I havent bought the mapsource stuff yet but im planning to. Im mainly using it for hunting and i would like to know if it was a good choice.

I have really liked my Garmin Etrex GPS's, very user friendly and has been helpful on several occasions. I started with the basic model (little yellow guy), it workedpretty good. HoweverI upgraded to the Vista mainly due to the electronic compass feature. To me that is extremely useful in hunting/fishing usage, having to move to get a bearing read on my compass orientation was a pain.
Did i buy a good one?
