Browning Or Cabelas Parka?

Looking at the Cabelas MTO 50 parka and the Browning Hydro Fleece,what do you guys think about either one or should I look at wool? Sleeping Indian or Filson??

I'm considering either Filson or Sleeping Indian Designs. I think they would be warmer and would last a lot longer.

I will not hunt in cold or wet weather without a layer of goretex to keep out moisture and break the wind.In very cold weather,I wear the browning pro-series parka and in warmer weather I wear a goretex outer shell over a layer of fleece.Wool is not waterproof or totally windproof and when it gets wet ,it gets heavy.I hunt in Alberta and in Saskatchewan where the temperatures can reach -30 in november and the winds are usually blowing adding to the windchill.

I have the MTO 50 Parka and bibs and am very disappointed in them, not as warm as a cheaper set I have and the material gets noisier as the temp drops.Wish now I would have returned them.

I picked up the 4 in 1 Browning Hydro Fleece this year primarily for the gore tex shell, and am happy with it. For cold weather, I'll wear the inner jacket/liner, or layer up fleece & wools under it. I want to order the matching gore tex bibs next, as my current bibs aren't water/wind proof. I ordered a Gore Tex shell from Cabelas also, but returned it because it was only $20 less than the Browning, and with it I figured I'm actually getting 2 garments, so it was the better deal.
