Cap mount camcorder

I saw one on t.v. not too long ago, but I can't seem to remember who makes it. It may have even been just a lense for the camcorder, that actually mounts on the brim of a cap. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

There was one on Page 4, (I think) of The Sportsmans Guide catalog.
Just got the catalog last week.

do a search . i kinda remember some talk of it being expensive and the lens not all that great or restrictive or something.
