Default Tripod Feeder

Hey all, I'm looking for a good tripod feeder. I am looking between Moultrie, Cabelas, BassPro, and American Hunter. Anyone have any experience with these devices. Any input is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

I have tried several different brands. I would not trade my On Time feeders for anything. have used there fat boy series and it works well but their life time is the best bargain in the market.

I have used the American hunter series digital feeders(55 gallon) for 6 years and have had zero problems with them, there customer service is great also..

As for the on time, I have mixed reveiw on those, I have had a fat boy two and had nothing but trouble with it..it is now in a box in my closet....I replaced it with a new digital american hunter..

Key, I can vouch for the On Time feeder timers too! Their higher end models are a little pricey, but the Fat Boy II is about the best bargain on the market! Some of the other brands, like the Game Country's are good timers, at decent prices, but you have to keep a road map with you, to change the settings! (push this button once, push that one twice, stand on your head and touch your toes, etc.!!!)Not so with the Fat Boy II, set the clock and forget it!

I use the on time elite digital series timers. I run 5 of them and have had 2 problems with them. the motors started squeeking real bad so I shipped them back with a 10.00 check and they completely refurbished the spinner. best bargain on the market with there great customer service. both units I had sent back took 3-4 weeks before returning them to me. the digitals are user friendly and require 10 AA batteries or 8 C batteries if you get the C battery pack. I use AA rechargeable batteries in my feeders.
